How To Lose 10-17 Pounds With This Delicious Fat- Burning Soup In Just 1 Week!

This fat-burning soup should be combined with plenty of water and kombucha to support the good bacteria in the digestive tract.



  • 1 oz envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • Can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 large cabbage (chopped)
  • 6 large green onions ( chopped)
  • 2 cans of green beans
  • Salt and pepper


Mix all the ingredients with water and boil for about 10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat and simmer for a while, until the vegetables soften.



  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bulb of garlic (sliced)
  • 1 large shredded cabbage
  • 1 lb chopped mushrooms
  • 1 kombu seaweed ( sliced)
  • 1 lb crushed tomatoes
  • 1 leek (sliced)
  • Broth
  • Herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Salt all the vegetables, except for the tomatoes and cabbage. Put them in a pot filled with water and add the tomatoes and cabbage. Boil for a while and then simmer until the vegetables become tender. Finally, add the herbs and cook for additional five minutes.


DAY 1: Consume the soup along with watermelon and cantaloupe. Avoid bananas and drink a lot of water, unsweetened tea, and cranberry juice.

DAY 2: Consume the soup along with green leafy vegetables. Avoid fruits, corn, beans, and peas.

DAY 3: On the third day, consume the soup along with fruits and veggies. At this point, you should have lost about 5-7 lbs.

DAY 4: Again, you should consume this soup all day, along with as manny bananas as you want. Drink a lot of water as well.

DAY 5: Besides once serving of the soup, you can eat fish, chicken or beef along with 6 organic tomatoes. Again, drink at least 8 glasses of water.
