The lung-cleansing drink that anyone who smokes or who has ever smoked needs to try

Onions work as potent antioxidant and anticancer agents, ably treating some cancers by inhibiting their growth.

Ultimately, turmeric is packed with 600 health benefits as well as with antiviral, antibacterial, and anticancer properties.

Ingredients:


  • 400g of natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, xylitol, stevia, lo han, etc)
  • 1L of water
  • Thumb sized ginger root
  • 400g of onion
  • 2 tbsp. of turmeric

Instructions:


  • Add the sweetener in the water and cook until it reaches a boiling point
  • Add the chopped ginger and onions, then bring to boil
  • Add the turmeric and lower the heat
  • Cook until the mixture is reduced to half
  • Strain and store into a glass container
  • Allow it to cool t room temperature and then store in the fridge

Use:

Take two tablespoons of the mixture on a daily basis, once in the morning and once in the evening, two hours after a meal
